I've tried it all before to lose weight ...

Their boy's have been training at a local sports performance gym Athletic Preparation in Auburn Hills

Realizing the exceptional results they seen from the transformation from they boys, they figured...
They must know what they are doing, so they might be able to get results for us!
Despite going into the unknown realm of going to a gym, not knowing what to expect and a bit intimidated, they went together!
( it's always more fun with friends... right ?! )
Despite being nervous - they knew they wanted to be healthy and set the right example for the families to follow
Plus... who would take care of the family if something happened to them ?!
The family is counting on them being their best!
They went to Athletic Preparation and met with Coach Josh and learned about this "program for old ladies like us" called StrongHER.
StrongHER is a simple 6-week self-paced program where they get the 3 big components of transformation success for women:
1) toning Workouts
- Working out with a small group of other busy moms 3x / week where it's simple enough for a beginner and can be advanced for as hard as you need when you're ready.
2) healthy whole food Nutrition
- A simple paint by numbers nutrition plan that took the overwhelm and complication from eating healthy to a super simple diet that shows you how to eat healthy with normal food! No strange or expensive detoxes / cleanses.
3) ACCOUNTABILITY

They might have been walking a little funny for the first 2-3 weeks since they have been used to spending so much time at work and on their families and never on themselves...
