I've tried it all before to lose weight ...
Go on a run ... it's free plus it's intimidating going to the "gym"
--- but hard on the knees, hips and back, plus I never see any progress so I end up stopping
Do the latest diet I see on TV / Social Media ...
--- lasts for 3 days and it gets swallowed up by busy life and leaves me feeling like there's no hope.
I just don't have time and I'm concerned nothing will work for me...

They might have been walking a little funny for the first 2-3 weeks since they have been used to spending so much time at work and on their families and never on themselves...
