The schedule is our small-group training of roughly 12 athletes or less with a certified Strength & Conditioning Coach. We also offer 1-on-1 training for athletes which is $100 / session if they have specific things that needed to be worked on and addressed.
We offer open enrollment in our programs year round. Because we train athletes, there is an expectation that there is a high level of maturity during our coaching sessions. While we don't usually work with athletes less than ten years old, one of our most mature athletes is ten 😎, so we take every application on a case by case basis. If we're confident after meeting that you'll fit our training culture well, we'll invite you to join. If you're just a little too young, we'll let you know when we think you'll be ready.
We only want to work with our ideal clients and create a WIN-WIN-WIN scenario where:
1) the parents find value in how we help their kids
2) we get to train awesome & focused kids and their friends
3) the kids grow, develop and improve
So Yes, thats why you claim your first session to come experience a session and decide from there.
Parents love the fact that we have flexible scheduling - meaning you can switch days / times around your busy and fluctuating schedule - you’re not locked into set days / times each week.
You can even come to an earlier or later session that day if your schedule changes last second.
You can also make up any sessions you might miss in that time block by coming for extra sessions the days before / or after a week you might be gone for sickness, vacation, etc.
We are committed to helping you get the results you are after which take consistent action over time and for your to prioritize training in your schedule - there is no shortcut to your goals.
Simply the more you practice something, the better results you get at it - just like if I was going to start playing the guitar - I’d make much faster progress doing it 3x/week instead of 1x/week for 1 hour.
So we are working TOGETHER for YOU 💪
Which is why we agree, modify and individualize your program around your seasons - such as training more frequently (2,3 x / week in the Offseason) while doing (1-2x/week In-season) - and we also can deliver At Home programs through our app or things you can even do at school if you’re unable to make it, into the gym for a session because your schedule is packed - we get it!
As long as you’re doing what you can, with what you’ve got, you will be making constant progress while others are going in reverse.
You can adjust your training frequency at any time (bump up, bump down) around your frequency - we got your back.
Yes every session we will work on speed and or agility. We have three distinct areas we focus on Acceleration, Max Velocity, and change of direction/agility.
We are constantly measuring an athlete's performance. Whether that's in day-to-day training and reporting, or more formally every twelve weeks with performance testing, we hold ourselves accountable to data. We believe that what doesn't get measured, doesn't get improved.
