4-Week Volleyball Jump Program Increases Vertical Jump

4-WEEK VOLLEYBALL JUMP PROGRAM INCREASES VERTICAL JUMP

Jumping higher is something you can improve for volleyball with the proper training, workouts and coaching.

You CAN jump higher and improve your performance and these young girls participated in a 4-week volleyball vertical jump program hosted by SuperNOVA (Clarkston, Michigan) and Athletic Preparation (Auburn Hills, Michigan).

These volleyball players were looking to jump higher before season tryouts and of the 12 participants from local middle school and high schools near Oakland County averaged 1 inch increase in their vertical jump in the short time they had to workout.

2 girls added 2 inches to their vertical jump before tryouts!

This will certainly help them standout and catch the coaches eye with their upgraded explosive jumps during tryouts!

Many girls decided to continue their training with Athletic Preparation 1-2 times per week during the season because of the benefit they see and feel after incorporating proper training with their sport for the ultimate advantage and health benefits
